Two ambitious entrepreneurs approached me with a bold idea: to launch an HR consultancy that would go far beyond traditional personnel administration. Their mission was to help SMEs grow by improving processes, boosting efficiency, and strengthening operations. I partnered with them to shape their brand from the ground up — starting with the name. I created WinKracht: a strong, Dutch-inspired name that echoes “windkracht” (wind force), suggesting power, momentum, and measurable progress. It also signals their promise: helping companies win strength.
The logo features the name on a stylized gauge — a visual metaphor for measurable growth and impact — in bold red and black, evoking clarity, urgency, and professionalism. Since launch, WinKracht has grown from a two-person startup to a thriving 12-person team, supporting a wide range of SMEs in HR, business operations, and strategy. The brand has proven itself both internally and in the market.
