Reworc offers a suite of organizational effectiveness analytics and solutions that help organisations to increase productivity, save costs and improve culture.
Step one in their methodology is to listen: using a ‘digital interview’ app data and information is collected on work-style, -needs, -patterns and -attittudes. To make this process of capturing data and information as frictionless and effortless as possible ABDC helped design an app.



The app was designed mobile first and had to be WCAG compliant.
On a UX level the flow was designed to be as short and compact as possible. Pathways through the app were variable based on answers provided. The interaction model used different ways of grouping questions and answers to keep context and progress clear.
On a UI level best practices for mobile app interfaces were combined with interaction models that fit a fast and intuitive selection process, like grouping related questions in a set of cards, and auto-forward on click.


A comprehensive design system and component library was designed to streamline the actual implementation and to make it future-proof.
