Bring shared and individual practices together in one clear, flexible multisite.

Korbee & Hovelynck works at the intersection of psychology, law, and the physical environment, focusing on environmental management for a sustainable future. With over 25 years of experience in infrastructure, environmental, and water-related projects, the practice connects people and organizations to accelerate decision-making and create broadly supported solutions within the energy transition and spatial development. Their work spans environmental strategies, complex participation processes, and full-spectrum environmental management.

Within the collaboration, Ingrid Hovelynck brings expertise as an organizational psychologist, team coach, and facilitator, focused on building understanding and cooperation between people and organizations. Herbert Korbee combines traffic psychology and environmental law, developing creative solutions for complex issues and making tensions between general norms and individual values tangible and workable.

The key challenge was to reflect both their strong collaboration and their clearly distinct professional identities. My solution was to create a unified multisite system in which Herbert Korbee and Ingrid Hovelynck each received their own visual identity, tone, and brand expression—fully aligned with their individual character, expertise, and way of working. At the same time, these individual brands were designed as parts of one coherent system, sharing structure, logic, and underlying design principles.

The result is a seamless digital ecosystem: distinct in look and feel where it matters, yet consistent and connected at every level. Content such as projects and blogposts are managed centrally and deployed selectively, ensuring clarity for visitors, flexibility for future growth, and a digital presence that feels both personal and unified.
