Works inspired by the Black Square from Malevitch, combined with styles or concepts or themes from other artists that inspire me. The Black Square is such a singular and elemental and powerful work. I want to see how I can transfer or combine or translate that power to different contexts and forms. I agree with the sentiment but I want to make it my own.
