Het Zonnewiel is a Waldorf school in de Bilt, where I live. They wanted a logo that reflected their modern, joyful and inspiring approach to education. I drew inspiration from the Waldorf use of rainbow colors, and created a very dynamic logo, with slight imperfections in the geometry, as a nod to the “hand, head and heart” attitude in education they promote.
I developed a simple format that allowed for the quick production of flyers and posters. The background colors could be selected from the colorwheel to create a very diverse and colorful identity.
