nofollow\">Christy Turlington<\/a> was one of the original supermodels in the 90s. I thought she was the most beautiful woman. I was a young man, studying art in the Netherlands. For me this was a time full of energy, creativity, dreams and ambitions. I was totally enamoured with art, and wanted nothing more than to &#8216;live the art life&#8217; as David Lynch calls it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This seems a lifetime ago. And well, it is. But the last couple of years I am trying to get back into the practice and mindset of making art. But I must acknowledge I am getting older. This was the resolution that I made the first m0del portrait in of <a href=\"https:\/\/andrebrocatus.com\/art\/kylie\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2225\">Kylie<\/a>. And the pixelated low-res aesthetic reminds me of the early digital art and video art in the 90s, another connection to my youth, another marking of time passing and life and art
